About the Speakers
Leanne Broyles focuses her practice on estates and trusts for individuals. Leanne works with clients to develop and implement customized estate and asset protection plans. She advises and assists clients serving in fiduciary capacities with navigating the administration of trusts and estates. Leanne is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Anne Arundel Bar Association and the Estate and Trust Section Council for the MSBA, where she chairs the Mentorship Committee and participates in the Legislative Committee. She is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners as well as a participant in the Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Leanne previously served as Chair of the Anne Arundel County Estate Planning Council, where she continues to be a member.
Margo Cook joined Rothschild Capital Partners in 2023. Prior to joining RCP, she was a partner at an investment advisory and financial planning firm in Maryland. Her career has navigated a distinct mix of purpose and profit. On the purpose front, she’s been a professional fundraiser, has served on the boards of numerous philanthropic organizations, is active in women-led philanthropy, and co-launched a 501(c)(3). Over the last eight years, she has been a wealth planner with a focus on purpose-driven individuals and their families navigating life’s complexities and opportunities, including issues like divorce and business transition.
John Dame joined the Rothschild Capital Partners as General Counsel in 2023 to support the implementation of our wealth and engagement planning offerings and to deepen our due diligence capabilities. Prior to joining RCP, John worked as an attorney handling complex matrimonial matters for high-net-worth families. In this role, John provided legal and advisory services to clients covering litigation strategy, personal matters, and financial issues. He negotiated high-stakes financial settlements for his clients, and he is a trained mediator.
