Register to Learn About R&D Updates
The tax landscape has changed for businesses engaged in research and development (R&D) activities. The One Big Beautiful Bill Act reverses a long-standing rule, allowing for the immediate credit of most U.S.-based R&D costs.
This legislation offers a critical opportunity for companies to re-evaluate their tax strategies and potentially unlock significant refunds. Rebecca Sheppard and Peter Haukebo will provide an in-depth look at the new law and its implications, including:
- The restoration of full expensing for domestic R&D expenditures under Section 174A.
- How businesses can now credit the domestic expenditures.
- The retroactive application of immediate expensing for eligible small businesses and the potential for substantial refunds.
Whether your business or your clients are developing new software, improving internal processes, or designing innovative products, this is an essential webinar to help you understand and leverage the powerful tax benefits now available.
